Outline and Objectives
The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of the foundations of sex offender assessment and treatment.
- This is a 8-module, self-paced online training. Each module will begin with a narrated Power Point presentation. In addition, there will be videos, readings, and written assignments.
- Access to the learning platform, along with instructions, will be provided upon registration.

- Legal and psychological parameters of sexual offenses
- S/O myths and misconceptions
- Adult and juvenile S/O typologies
- Administration and analysis of S/O assessments.
